Cancelation Policy

To provide each client with exceptional attention, we kindly ask for a minimum of 72 hours' notice for any appointment cancellations or rescheduling. A cancellation or no-show with less than 48 hours' notice incurs a charge of 50% of the scheduled service amount. Failure to provide at least 24 hours' notice or any no-shows will result in a charge of 100% of the service amount, plus an additional $100 cancellation fee. These fees will be automatically charged to the credit card on file. This policy ensures we can offer available slots to clients on our waiting list and maintain a high standard of service.

Punctuality Policy

Please arrive on time for your appointment. If you are more than 10 minutes late, we may need to reschedule or adjust your service. Contact us at (407-801-2555) if you anticipate any delays. All hourly rated projects start at the appointment’s set time not at the arrival time of the guest.

Rescheduling Policy

Your time is as valuable as a perfect hair day, and to ensure efficiency and fairness for all my wonderful clients we have a reschedule fee system.

 - A fee of $50 will be charged for rescheduling an appointment booked over a week in advance. Don't worry, this fee will be applied towards your service at your rescheduled appointment!

  - A second rescheduling will incur a $75 fee, which will not be applied to your deposit.

- A third reschedule will not be permitted. Your deposit will be forfeited.

Deposit Policy

To secure your appointment, we require a deposit of $100 -$250 for Color services and $50-$75 for Haircuts & Smaller services. Deposits are non-refundable and will be applied to your service fee on the day of your appointment. Cancellations with less than 48 hours' notice will result in the forfeiture of your deposit. Deposits for consultations will be credited towards your first service but are forfeited if no appointment is booked during the consultation.

Refund Policy

Our commitment is to provide outstanding service and customer care. While we do not offer refunds on salon services, we encourage you to contact us within two days of your service if you have concerns or are dissatisfied. To address any issues, we require a return visit to the salon for a visual inspection of your hair. We will then make necessary adjustments, at no additional cost, provided they are made within two days of the initial service.
